Having recently had a garage conversion carried out at my home including some subsidiary works around the house by Tidysite Building and Construction Services, located at the John Laird Centre, Park Road North, Birkenhead. I very rarely make recommendations, but in this instance I feel, I must praise the work of this particular company, nothing was too much trouble for the excellent team that were deployed to my home, and the workmanship was carried out expeditiously, and more importantly tidily at the end of each working day, leaving no disruption to our everyday way of life.
I found everyone involved with the conversion from my initial telephone call to the offices followed by the convenient visit by Mr Graham Hughes, and the team of employees, very friendly, polite, sincere and above all loyal to their clients, keeping them informed throughout the whole procedure.
It was more than a joy to have them working on our home, everything professionally overseen by Mr Graham Hughes, who may I add is a true honest gentlemen, nothing was too much trouble, his team of staff from the office staff through to the operatives were so friendly and kept us informed throughout was unique in its own way, as previous user of many other builders in the past, never experiencing such polite service, I was so happy words cannot express.
If anyone is thinking of having any sort of building works done to their home, call this company first, I really do not think you will be disappointed, simple a great company.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to all of you for your help in getting my garage converted before my operation . The work has been carried out quickly and to a very high standard. The team have been fantas tic, everyone has been polite and friendly . Mind you the tea bags have taken a hammering!! Thank you all for being so caring and patience with my dad (Tim), and working so hard to please him and make him happy. Although the language barrier (Chinese to English) was somewhat difficult at times, my Dad felt very comfortable, happy and at ease at all times while you all worked in his home.
At 83 years of age and slightly unsteady on his feet, he really did enjoy having you all in his home, he is very happy with all of the alterations including his new walk in shower room, his brand new kitchen and the fact that at all times the cleanliness of his home after each working day was just brilliant.
The whole team of wonderful boys has certainly built his confidence up, you have done an extremely good job both in design and altering of his home, making it easier for him now to be more mobile than he would have been prior to your services.

Having recently employed Tidysite Builders to carry out various repairs to my home including the main roof, I wish to ad this review in appreciation to them. Having used other builders in the past to carry out other works, and never really been satisfied as once something goes wrong they either change their mobile numbers of don’t bother to return calls. With this company Mr Hughes was extraordinary polite and sincere from his first visit and during the works the professionalism shown by all the operatives was second to none. Photographs were taken of the defects to the roof at all stages form the remedy works required and the practices in which the works were completed, having had to have underfloor works done, again photos graphs were taken of the remedial works along with the during and completion works that was required. This gave us the re-assurance that all works that were require to be done had been done correctly. The whole experience of dealing with Tidsyite Builders has been nothing but pleasure, the staff at the office very friendly and efficient as are the operatives on site. We have used this company on a number of occasions to carry out various works to our home, a smashing company absolutely spotless in all their work, and a pleasure to have in your home. The men employed by Tidysite are hardworking, quiet – no blaring music etc, and carry out a thorough and professional job. We are really pleased with the work that they have done for us. I was happy to provide partial payment, for materials etc a day or so into the work, but did not take kindly to being rung up and asked about payment of the remainder, before the job was completed. Then, having made payment, by cash transfer, as requested, on the afternoon that the work was finished, as I said that I would, I was rung again the following day, to check up, and ask if payment had been made! Work excellent. Admin needs improvement.
Graham and his team worked on our recently purchased house whilst we were away at the beginning of December 2013. Graham kept us informed of progress (and small delays due to bad weather). On our return everthing was completed and we are happy with the standard of work. A couple of gliches were soon rectified without any hassle. A roofer was supposed to repair my roof after previous evening storm damage. The roofer did not turn up-I waited all day. I phoned Tidy site they came round within an hour. Not only did they repair the roof to a good standard they fixed some slates on next doors roof. I was extremely grateful as this prompt action prevented any further rain damage saving me and next door £££££s and gave us both peace of mind.
Having recently had work carried out at my home, I just wish to add how much I am so pleased with the workmanship carried out, Tidysite, are certainly the builders to have in your home, honest, reliable, friendly, clean, polite and much more. I wish to write to thank you and your team of staff for carrying out a lovely job in my home, the quality of workmanship and friendliness of all the staff have been extremely helpful, considerate and polite form the initial call form Mr Hughes to ascertain the works some months ago up to the final completion of the work.
At 84 years of age I was somewhat apprehensive to have the alteration carried out due to past experiences with other builders in which, the recent one who was supposed to carry out major roof repairs took my money as a deposit and never ever came back leaving my home exposed to all weather conditions for over 18 months, which evidently caused much internal damage to upstairs rooms.
Because I am house bound to ground floor areas only I had not noticed to such extent the problem had caused.
You were initially recommended by a friend from the Salvation Army church (Mr Alan Roper) who knew you had done work for many of his friends in the past.
I can only sing high praises for Tidysite Builders and all the staff involved who personally took great care of me prior, during and after the works, it brought me everlasting peace knowing that there is a building company out there that can be trusted.
